Warranty Policy

This warranty policy has been drafted by PrisMart Constructies B.V. and applies to all composite products supplied by the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This document covers the complete warranty and liability of PrisMart Constructies B.V. for the products to which it applies. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, using, or installing a product. By purchasing and/or using, the buyer agrees to these terms.

Limited Warranty

PrisMart Constructies B.V. guarantees the original purchaser that the products will not crack, splinter, delaminate, rot, or show damage from fungi during the warranty period. This warranty is valid under normal circumstances, with proper installation according to the assembly instructions, and with correct maintenance. 'Original purchaser' refers to the person who owns the property on which the product is installed.

Duration and Liability

• The manufacturer's warranty period is 10 years and commences on the original purchase date.

• PrisMart Constructies B.V. disclaims all other warranties, explicit or implicit, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Incidental damage and/or consequential damage are excluded and not compensated.
  
  
• In no event shall liability exceed the actual purchase price of the product in question, as adjusted based on the pro-rata warranty schedule.

Claim Procedure

• Claims must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp (+31 6 16237086) or email (info@prismartconstructies.nl).
  
  
• The buyer must send a copy of the proof of purchase and evidence (such as photos) of the defect.
  
  
• Claims must be reported within the warranty period and no later than 7 days after discovery of the defect.
  
  
• The buyer may not perform permanent repairs or remove products before PrisMart Constructies B.V. has confirmed the defect, otherwise the warranty will be void.
  
  
• No products shall be returned without prior written permission.
  
  

Processing

In the event of an approved claim, PrisMart Constructies B.V. will repair, replace the product, or provide compensation according to the depreciation schedule.

Labor, installation, and transportation costs will not be reimbursed.

PrisMart Constructies B.V. does not provide a warranty against damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or failure to comply with assembly instructions and building regulations.
  
  
• Movement, deformation, or subsidence of the ground or supporting structure.
  
  
• Water damage due to incorrect installation or poor maintenance.
  
  
• Climate change, environmental conditions, or causes beyond our control.
  
  
• Accidents, fire, or exposure to heat sources such as barbecues.
  
  
• The application of paint, stain, coatings, or chemicals.
  
  
• Improper handling, storage, or misuse by the buyer or third parties.
  
  
• Normal wear and tear and natural weathering (fading due to sunlight, dirt, or slight staining).
  
  
• Color differences or color fluctuations in the products.
  
  
• The use of fasteners other than those from PrisMart Constructies B.V.
